  1. Access data and hosting
    You can visit our websites without providing your personal data. Each time a website is called up, the server automatically saves only so-called server logs, such as the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting internet service provider (access data) and documents the page call.
    This data is analyzed solely to ensure the proper functioning of the site and improve our offer. This serves – within the scope of interest assessment – to secure our legitimate interest, which is to properly present our offer. All access data are deleted within seven days after the end of your visit to the site.
    Hosting services provided by an external service provider As part of data processing entrusted to us, an external service provider performs hosting and presentation of websites for us. All data, which – as described in this privacy policy – have been collected during the use of our website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online store, are stored on the servers of this service provider. Processing on other servers only takes place to the extent specified in this privacy policy.
    This service provider is based in a country belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Area.
  2. Collection and processing of data for the purpose of contract execution and creation of a customer account
    We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us by placing your order, contacting us (e.g., using a contact form or email) or creating a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such because the data contained therein is necessary for us to execute the contract or consider the matter in which you have contacted us, or to create a customer account. Without their provision, the order cannot be completed, a customer account cannot be created, nor can you contact us. What data is collected results from the forms into which data is entered. We use the data provided by you for the purpose of contract execution and answering your inquiries. After the contract has been executed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the retention periods specified in tax regulations and the Accounting Act have expired, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use your data in accordance with the law, about which – in such a situation we inform you in this statement. Your customer account can be deleted at any time. To do this, you should send a message to our contact address indicated in the point “Our contact details and your rights” or use the appropriate function in your customer account.

  3. Data transfer
    In order to fulfill the contract, we transfer your data to the courier company responsible for delivery, if this is necessary to deliver the ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you choose in the order process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and possibly to the payment service provider chosen by us or by you. Some payment service providers collect this data themselves if you create an account with them. In such cases, you must log in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider also applies in this case.
    Some of the payment service providers and couriers we work with are based in a country outside the European Union. Personal data is only transferred to these companies in necessary cases for contract execution.
    Data transfer to the courier company If you give us your explicit consent during or after your order, we will pass on your e-mail address and telephone number to the selected courier company on this basis, so that they can contact you before delivery to announce or agree on delivery.
    This consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending us a message to our contact address indicated in the point “Our contact details and your rights” or by sending a message directly to the courier company at the contact address given below. After withdrawal of consent, we will delete your data provided for this purpose, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data for other purposes or unless we reserve the right to further use your data in legally permitted cases, about which – in such a situation we inform you in this statement.

    You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending us a message with the relevant information or by using the relevant link in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data for other purposes or unless we reserve the right to further use your data in legally permitted cases, about which – in such a situation we inform you in this statement.

     Advertising sent via email after subscribing to the newsletter If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data necessary for this purpose or provided by you separately in order to regularly send you our newsletter electronically based on your consent.
